Begin a healthy lifestyle in 5 Steps!

Healthy living and healthy eating are not two different concepts. If you want to understand how to get healthy you must first take a look at your eating habits before your fitness routines can take hold. I come across many people in my travels who assume that just because they work out in the gym ( Cycling/spinning, lifting weights) or using the treadmill for a half hour at a level that is comfortable is good enough and they then can go home and eat what they want when they want.

Fitness should not just be about losing weight. It is a part of a overall health and wellness program. While we exercise to lose added weight, exercise can help keep off the weight by maintaining our ideal weight IF we take into consideration some valuable insights that need to be adopted as a lifestyle change.

The health and fitness industry has a lot to say on all things health and fitness. I'd like to share with you an alternative approach that teaches you 5 initial steps to help you improve your life just by taking a proactive approach with God remaining in the details.

We are all works in progress and I share with you what God has shared with me in personal experience that helped me to get healthy when I thought getting healthy was no longer possible. 

Using the book I wrote ' Body & Soul: The necessity of food' I take some of that information and share with you today so you can understand how to transition yourself in a way to position yourself in life that initiates healing from within your soul that effects your body and visa versa.

Another important part of your health and fitness lifestyle is... taking a look at your eating habits and what you eat. Fast food is America's mainstay and it isn't contributing to your GOOD health and well being. ( No lectures here) One way to help maintain a healthy lifestyle is through the advantage of cooking your own meals. (YUMMIE)

Cooking is easy and isn't a challenge as it doesn't have to be so detailed to gain flavor. When you get in the know about you, and how to use food specifically for you, you just appreciate it more and that is what transcends into your cooking that everybody tastes!
