Think healthy eating is easy?

It isn't, but it becomes easier with informed decisions that help fuel your determination.

This blog is not designed around a weight loss gimmick through diet plans and work out gurus. This is just me, keeping it real as God has showed me the insights of the reality of our foods today as well as exposing the inside of me by showing me who I really was; a sinner striving my own way to become a saint.

There is a reason why diets do not work, and that is because diets feed off of your determination while allowing food to still remain in control. God's plan to a healthy lifestyle shows you how to get back in control to allow food be what it is; food.

2011, God took me on a journey that caused me to clear out my cupboards of processed and GMO foods and I have not looked back! I have been encouraged daily through His word, and His gift of natural flavors within natural organic foods. He has given me culinary skills that help to nurture my family through God's provision; food and it is all this that I give to you.

Information that you can use and incorporate into your lifestyle to enable you to be the ambassador for Christ you were meant to be!
