Weight loss should not just be about 'fat loss'

"One bad apple spoils the whole bunch". This saying holds more merit than what we realize. When we talk about the issue of food and what it is doing to our bodies we do not realize that it isn't just food that is responsible... food doesn't get into our bodies by itself but what it does inside our bodies is something you need to know. The weight loss industry has us focus in on fat loss. Some how they have become the authority on food, dictating to us what we can or cannot eat, and even reputable Dr's are cashing in on this cash cow. These so called authorities have pushed the blame onto food itself all the while leading us to believe that we are not responsible for our health. "It's not your fault you are over weight! It's your DNA!" or " You don't have to sacrifice your cravings! Don't deny yourselves what you want, just eat in moderation!"

Sounds like something awfully familiar that a Christian is supposed to know all to well and recognize the deceptive power of sinfulness.

The worldly methods to fat loss IS NOT WEIGHT LOSS! Let me say this again... while you may struggle at loosing weight, loosing weight should NEVER BE YOUR FOCUS your focus to the reasons why to shedding pounds and unwanted weight is to gain HEALTH. Accumulated fat on your body is your enemy and it does lead to health problems, but there's something you need to know that the fitness and diet industries DO NOT TELL YOU. If they told you, then you would pull out all the stops to keep yourself healthy and you wouldn't need to buy into their gimmicks or quick fixes to shed the pounds.

What happens when you have a rotting apple in amongst fresh apples? The one apple begins to effect the surrounding apples negatively causing those good apples to rot. THIS IS WHAT IS HAPPENING INSIDE OF YOU! But it isn't the FAT that is doing this... while you may have a layer of unwanted fat around your gut, it isn't JUST the fatty layer that makes your gut stick out... it is compacted feces and this is what hardens in your 22 ft of intestines. Think of an over stuffed sausage casing.

This over stuffing of your intestines is the root cause of what is going on with you internally. If your intestines cannot expel this rotting material food that you eat sits in your stomach until there is room in your intestines. Food sitting in your stomach causes ulcers, heartburn/acid reflux, bloating and gas. ( Rot causes methane) Compacted feces are hard to remove, they build up along the walls of your intestines, and plug you up. Your stomach muscles are meant to be tight to keep everything in its place internally, but when your intestines are over stuffed, they bulge.

That's 22 feet of extra bulge that has to go somewhere and it does!

IT BULGES OUT! Out of your shirt, out of your pants and this bulge is the reason why you can't see your feet! Drinking water and eating soluble fiber is important DAILY! soluble fiber helps to keep you full, and helps to prevent you from over eating, and helps to keep digested food moving... and moving OUT of your body! Water is needed as your intestines absorb water. It keeps your stools loose. With the North American diet, we are forced to push and push hard when we have to use the washroom and this is NOT NATURAL!

Your body should be expelling your digested food at least 3-4 times a day! IF NOT, then you are eating the wrong foods and it is up to you to understand what foods you should be eating to avoid constipation, hemorrhoids, leaky gut syndrome and other maladies such as cancerous tumors.

A healthy stool should be soft, moist and long, and it should be in the shape of your intestines; an 'S'. It should smell but not to the point of a horrific stench. This stench is another sign that your insides are rotting you from the inside out. ( Type four )

Know your body so you can allow your body to take care of you. Loosing weight isn't just fat, because compacted feces that cause your intestines to bulge carries weight too and you need to get rid of this naturally. Begin drinking 4-8 glasses of water a day. Make a choice of healthy snacks such as apples, and crisp carrots. Incorporate more fruits and vegetables at meal times and less meat and starches. ( pastas and rice) Choose healthy oils and stay away from hydrogenated oils. Take steps to help your health as your health matters and should be the focus of your weight loss program.
